French gilded, 8 day, time and strike, silk suspension figural mantel clock with a figure praying next to a cross. Name found on the dial reads: "Taupin A Romorantin", c1840

Gilding on the figure and case in nice condition. Engine turned silvered dial is in very good condition. Hands are original. Ht 15"
